    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Milhorne Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/igB.2ACE/2164.2.1 Message Board Post: I am researching the parents of a Nancy A Milhorn b. abt 1875. Probable parents of James D Milhorn b. abt 1844/46 and Mary Polly A.LNU b. abt 1850. Would like to confirm this. Also, searching for Pollys parents. I belive she may be a Glover, thus d/o James and Rebecca Glover. James and Rebecca has a daughter, Mary age 2 in 1850 Sullivan Co. In 1860, Mary is age 11 in James and Rebecca Glovers HH, but the census has Marys last name as "Runow" ("Reno" or "Refro"). Can anyone explain this? Is this Mary a Glover or a Runow, Renfro, Reno.." Would like to confirm this as well. Any help very much appreciated!

    1. James Glover, wife Rebecca, Sullivan County/Union Depot, abt. 1818-1900?

    3. I, too, have been researching one of the James Glovers living in Sullivan County, born about 1818-1822. First of all, there were two. One was James Glover who married Elizabeth Berry and had a large group of children; the second James Glover married Rebecca. I don't think that this James Glover and Rebecca had children of their own. In 1850 census, "a" Mary, age 2, was living in the household. By 1860, Mary was now 11, and listed as Mary Runow, and his mother, Catherine was living with him. By 1870, they had a Susan Smith living in the household, listed as a niece. The James Glover who married Rebecca was the son of James Glover and his wife, Katie Sams. You will see Catherine living with husband James in 1850, Sullivan County, Household #981, he was age 67, she 65. This older couple were the parents of Martha "Patsy" Glover who married John T. Lyons. I have a copy of the death certificate for Martha "Patsy" Glover Lyons listing her parents as James Glover and Katie Sams. I would be more than willing to share any info that I have and would certainly like to exchange any info that you might have.
