Yoakley, of Kingsport, Sullivan County, Tennessee, and District aforesaid, a bankrupt: You are hereby notified that on July 22, A. D., 1919, the said Martin B. Yoakley was duly adjudicated a bankrupt, and that the first meeting of his creditors will be held at the office of the undersigned Referee, Harr Building, Johnson City, Tennessee, on August 2nd, 1919, at ten o'clock in the morning, at which time his said creditors may attend, prove their claims, appoint a trustee, examine the bankrupt, and transact such other business as may properly come before said meeting.
