MARY BOYD DIES Beidleman, Tenn., June 2. - Mrs. Mary Boyd, who has been sick for several months, died at her home at this place Friday morning at 11 o'clock. Mrs. Boyd.. was 52 years of age and had been a member of the River Bend Baptist Church for many years. She is survived by 6 children and 9 grandchildren. The surviving children are George, James, Walter, Mollie and Mattie Boyd of this place, and Mrs. Clyde Greene of Hemlock, Tenn. The funeral services were conducted at the home Saturday morning by the Rev. W. T. Boutin, after which the body was buried in the Shipley Cemetery. The pallbearers were W. C. Carrier, Hugh Carrier, Joe Hinkle, C. E. Bowers, Clarence Shuttle and James Shipley. The flowbearers were Misses Beulah Carrier, Florence Booher, Thelma Booher, Martha Bowers, Tennie Bowers, Nora Belle Smithson, Martha Bouton and Mary Bouton. The Kingsport Times June 6, 1919 Page 6
