Vernie Hunt vs. Homer Hunt, et a.l In this cause, it appearing frown the original bill, which is sworn to that J. Herbert White, and H. C. Brown, both of whom are defendants are both non-residents of the State of Tennessee, they and each of them, are therefore, required to appear, on or before the First Monday in September, next, before the Clerk and Master of said Court, at his office in Kingsport, Tennessee, and make defense to the original bill filed against said Brown, as an individual, and said White, as Trustee, in said Court by Vernie Hunt, or otherwise the said bill will be taken, as to them, for confessed. It is further ordered that this notice be published for four consecutive weeks in the Kingsport Times, a newspaper published at Kingsport, Tennessee. This the 16th day of July, 1919. A. F.
