Hi List, Do any of you have the surname LATTURE on your tree at all? Or know someone who has or is? I was told lots of LATTURE are in this county. I am trying to find info on my Ggrandmother Bettie ( Elizabeth ) B. LATTURE born in Alabama around 1870. Her headstone says she died 1902 age 32 and was wife of Otis S. ROGERS born in ILL. They lived and died in White County, Ark. Dogwood Township / Griffithville area. Both are buried at Dogwood Cemetery in Griffithville, Ark. I have tried Little Rock, Ark. to get their death certificates and they say they do not have anything on either of them. Even though Otis died in 1940. I just think that its so odd. There is a Dogwood Church on the cemetery and they say they have no records. Please if anyone is able to help me at all I really need you! This is my brick wall, my needle in the hay stack. I can not seem to find anything on there. If you can't help me, but ever come across either of these names, please keep me in mind even if it seems like nothing to you it might be every thing to me.
