From: Doris Belt <[email protected]> I am a little late for roll call, but this is the family I am researching in this county Abner, according to LDS, was born 11 April 1773, died 4 Dec 1839 Sullivan Co TN. Is anybody researching this line that have located parents and siblings. I have only possibilities that he had a brother Hiram Hughes (b1793/4) and John Hughes. According to the way I read the changing map of this area, it is one of the only ones that was VA, NC to TN. It would fit all three as they listed their state of birth on the census.
