Jim -I found an old message while going through my papers this morning and found one mentioning a Benjamin Brown found on th 1797 Tax List. I realized then that it wasn't a George Brown I had seen on that list, but Benjamin. I still haven't been able to locate my copy of the list, but feel he was probably a brother, or father to my John. I'll keep looking for you, and get back to you as soon as I find it.
