I am sending out a plea to anyone on these list with resourses in these Tenn. Counties to please look for the Canter name. If you have a book or a census record, or anything with information in these counties and have the time I plead for you to please see if there is a Canter listed in them. Any Canter name, any dates. These people are giving me fits! I think I have exhausted all the info available in Va. and need to concentrate on Tenn. and Ky. I know somewhere I will find a crumb of information to help break down a piece of a brick wall. If you find too much to type I will be happy to pay copy and postage fee,etc. but under the circumstances it seems doubtful that could happen, LOL.Many Thanks to all.
