Enterprise Foundry and Machine Works vs. Southern Zinc and Mining Company. In this cause, it appearing from the bill, which is sworn to, that Frank B. Walton, one of the defendants, is a non-resident of the State, he is therefore, required to appear, on or before the first Monday In September, next, before the Clerk and Master of said Court, at his office in Blountville, and make defense to original and supplemental petitions filed in this cause by leave of the Court, by W. B. Poling, H. E. Graves, J. A. Dickey and others, or otherwise the petitions will be taken for confessed.
