In this cause it appearing from the bill which is sworn to, that Ida Feathers is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee, she is therefore, hereby required to appear, the third Monday in September, 1919, before the Judge of the Law Court of Bristol, Tennessee, at the court house, in the city of Bristol, Tennessee, and make defense to the bill filed against her in said court by Arthur Feathers, otherwise the bill will be taken for confessed.
