Feagins is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee, he is therefore, hereby required to appear Ole third Monday in September, 1919, before the Judge of the Law Court of Bristol, Tennessee, sit the court house, in the city of Bristol, Tennessee, and make defense to the bill filed against him in said court by Virginia E.
