SCHARTZER In the cause of Garland Ashworth, et al. vs. Schartzer, now pending in the Chancery Court at Bristol, Tennessee, it appears from the bill which is sworn to, that the defendant, J. Schartzer, is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee, so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon him, and that an attachment has been issued and levied on the proper described in the bill as belonging to him, the said defendant; it is ordered that publication be made for four consecutive weeks in the Kingsport Times, a newspaper published in Sullivan County, Tennessee, requiring the defendant J. Schartzer, to appear before the Clerk and Master of said Court, on or before the first Monday in September next, and make defense to the bill fined against him in this cause, or same will be taken for confessed, and said cause will be proceeded with ex parte.
