English is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee, he is therefore, hereby required to appear, the third Monday in September, 1919, before the judge of the Law Court of Bristol, Tennessee, at the court house, in the city of Bristol, Tennessee, and make defense to the bill filed against him in said court by Myrtle English, otherwise the bill will be taken for confessed.
