    3. Jan and Susan (and anyone else) I have done some work on the Baumgardner's from Wythe Co, VA and into Lee Co, VA. I have the Elizabeth that married George W. Powell in my files not sure if it is on my site. My 4th gr.grandmother was Susannah M Baumgardner. She married in Wythe Co, VA in 1808. I have put some of my findings on my WebPages. Would love for you to visit these pages and let me know if you find any errors....or can add to it. This is not a plea for your work...But I'm needing help as well. This was done just for others to see what I have found. When you look at these please...remember that these were put out there because I needed help on them. Some is assumed but I have also added some facts. Please take a moment to look. http://www.geocities.com/wgrubb7/Baumgardner.html Thanks, Wanda ----- Original Message ----- From: jlawson@granbury.com To: TNSULLIV-L@rootsweb.com Sent: Monday, August 08, 2005 5:59 AM Subject: [TNSULLIV] Hicks/Burke/Bumgardner This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. 1. Baumgardner and Ramey
    2. Hi Jan and everyone, I saw the post about the Baumgardner family. I have a William Rosevelt or Roosevelt Ramey who was born in 1900 and lived in Bristol, Sullivan Co., Tennessee. He was married to a Eula Moore and they had a daughter Virginia who married _______Baumgardner. This Virginia Baumgardner was still alive in the 1970s because her father's obituary from Sullivan Co., TN states that she lives in Bristol. Do any of these names sound familiar? Thanks for any help. I have a huge brick wall. Sincerely, Susan E. Davis

    3. Does anyone know about the children of James Feathers and Christiana Myers Feathers, namely: Melvina, born abt. 1822-1839 She married first a WEAVER, Abraham (I think), and later married a DAVIDSON, by whom she had a son named Samuel E. Davidson. By WEAVER, she had a daughter Sarah Jane "Jennie" who married John C. Frye. I think that her daughter, Eliza C. was by WEAVER, however in the 1880 census of Sullivan County, Eliza C. is listed as Davidson. In the 1880 census of Sullivan County, District one, she had the following children: Melvina DAVIDSON Self W Female W 58 TN Washer TN TN Eliza C.
