One place that covers a wide area of Western KY, some IL & TN who's obituaries are FREE and you can search the obit's in the archives for FREE is the Paducah Sun. http://www.paducahsun.com/articles/sections/obits/index.shtml. If you subscribe (ca $30 yr) to can get all the articles. The search is pretty good. It's pretty bad to charge for obituaries since most newspapers charge the families to print them as it is.
