Dear Jerree, "The Clarksville-Leaf Chronicle" newspaper is a newspaper for Montgomery County, Tennessee. I do know that "The Stewart-Houston Times" newspaper that I post obituaries from DOES NOT charge to put an obituary in the newspaper. I spoke to the person who does obituaries for this newspaper and he told me himself that they have never charged to put obituaries in their newspaper.
