Brief impromptu talks were made by Earl E. Sexton, County Superintendent of Schools; A. E. Cross, Principal of the School; William Barrett, Athletic Coach and Clay Groves, President of the Dover Kiwanas Club. The high school band played for the occasion. Basketball letters were presented by Coach Barrett to players as follows: Freddie Harrison, Thomas Hinson, Billy McGregor, Bailey Crockarell, Herschall Wallace, Baxter Taylor, Ronnie Link, Archie Crain, Malcolm Kingins, Glenn Lee, Wilford Gray, Robert L.
