Mr. Heaton, a native of Pennsylvania, has lived in Stewart County for the past five years. He states that he is interested in the education of the children in his district as well as all over the county. Also, if he is elected, Mr. Heaton promises to truly represent the people of District No. 4 in determining the educational policies of the county.
