When I was little and lived in Stewart County, I lived accross the road from Lottie and Willie. They were twins. I do not know Joe Heflin's parents, but this is what I have. The names below were taken from their obituaries or the SSDI so I have no way of knowing if any of them are nicknames or not but these were the names these folks went by. I hope this helps.
