If anyone has additional information regarding this family, please let me know. This is part of my Welker line as George's mother was Clara Bell Welker. I did not know until I saw this obituary that George was married prior to or after Willie Heflin, dau. of Joe and Lois Lee Heflin. He and Willie had no children. I asked an elderly relative and she said that George's first wife was Cherokee. They were from Clarksville, maybe. If anyone knows George's deceased daughter's name or the whereabouts of his son, or any additional information at all, please contact me.
