They were Miss Carolyn Earhart, President; Mrs. June Webb, First Vice-President; Mrs. Dixie Gorham, Second Vice-President; Mrs. Hestelia C. Howard, Recording Secretary; Mrs. Margie Page, Corresponding Secretary; and Miss. Peggy Feltner, Treasurer. Mrs. Louis Shepard, President of the Clarksville Club, Miss Robbie McCracken, First Vice-President and Mrs. Alice Cunningham were in charge of the candlelight installation ceremony. A corsage of yellow chrysanthemums tied with green ribbon was pinned on each officer. Meetings were set for each first Tuesday of the month. Charter date closes December 6. Charter Day is tentatively set for January 20 and will be a luncheon at 1:30 p.m. Mrs. Eva Earhart has been appointed chaplain.
