Well, like I said, I'm happy to be proven wrong! I just couldn't find any information about it online or in the library. I may order a copy of the pension packet from archives.gov. It's kind of ironic that you said his pension was $30, but a copy of his complete pension records now costs $37! (I'll probably order the $14.75 pack).
