    2. Hey! Do you have a Welles Creek in Stewart-TN?? I have found a James HARRISON on a tax book index (1808-1812) Vol 2 :7, 146, 172, 230. He is taxed for 100 acres on Welles Creek.....where is it? Anybody with HARRISON's what was the first year your people arrived and from where? I have found Joshua, Joseph, Daniel and James but find no connections (what else is new??). jerree

    3. Jerree, Hello, there is a Wells Creek in Houston County. In fact, it was just named an historical landmark. The story is that long ago, thousands of years ago, a meteor crashed at this spot and made the Wells Creek Basin. It is a huge crater!! I don't know if this is the one your looking for or not.
