Date of Newspaper: Thursday, March 6, 1947 Page: Front Page Article Title: "Alvin Keel Sent to Iowa" Alvin Keel, 19, aviation cadet USN, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Keel of Route 1, Ft. Henry, Tennessee, has reported to the Navy Pre-Flight School, Ottuma, Iowa, from the Naval Air Station, Memphis, Tennessee. Upon completion of a 30 week course he will be sent to the Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi, Texas, for flight training.
