Hello to All: Yesterday, (Sunday-Jan13), I requested any information in regard to the conection of Frederick Gross to John Geer as being shown the father of Frederick. I stated that Jacob Gross and Catharina Glantz are shown as the parents of Fridrich Gross, born in 1768. What I neglected to tell was the rest of the story, is that Catharina died before 1772 and Jacob married Elizabeth (?) and they had Cathrine or Cathrina Elizabeth Gross, born 1772, who married Balser Niehoof, at Frederick, Maryland, 19 May 1795. No information has been found beyond the marriage of Cathrina. When did Jacob Gross die? Did Elizabeth eventually marry John Geer which would have made Mr Geer, Fridrich (Frederick) his father.
