Sarah Francis Outlaw was first married to Leonard Parchman (married January 15, 1852; his second wife), and they had Leonard B. Parchman Jr (born October 11, 1853), but Leonard, Sr. then died and Sarah Francis married Thomas Collier on April 8, 1855 as HIS second wife. Leonard was incorrectly identified in the 1860 census of the Collier family as Leonard Collier (7 years old) Their other children were George Collier (b January 1856), Fannie Collier (b 1858), Nannie Collier (b August 1859), Andrew Jackson Collier (b January 25, 1860), and William Russell Collier (born April 27, 1862). It is not clear which of the Outlaw men in Stewart and Montgomery Counties would be Sarah Francis Outlaw's father.
