Rita, Right now I don't have a Lucy A. Moran in my research. Looking at the birth date, it's possible that she could be a sister to James W./George W./Scott Moran who is the husband to Sarah Elizabeth Barker. I have yet to find who Scott's parents are or his siblings, etc. Thanks for sharing this information, will keep it handy and if I find a connection I will certainly let you know.
