Most of the areas mentioned are still on a good Tennessee Map. From what I know of the points mentioned, Dist. 10 included the communities of Leatherwood, Old Stribling, Danville, Mckinnon, & Stewart. (Danville, Mckinnon & Stewart are now in Houston County. District 9 Included Standing Rock, Ft. Henry, Grays Landing, Asbury and probably Carlisle. Like I said most of the points are still on todays map so you could probably draw them out.
