Jim, The Archives' web page ( http://www.tngenweb.org/stewart/archives.htm ) explains the process for arranging a visit. Since the Archives is staffed only about 1 day per week (usually Tuesdays), they ask that you contact them via email ahead-of-time, to be sure they're going to be open on your day of interest. They'll also tell you the hours of operation on that day so you can plan your visit. The web page mentioned above includes their email address so that you can contact them. The Archives is located in the Center For Teaching and Learning (former Dover Elementary building), next to the Public Library about a half mile south of downtown Dover. Enjoy your visit - hope you find lots of new information. It's amazing what gems can be found in the Loose Papers and nowhere else.
