Blair, No problem....sometimes my brain has a mind of it's own...and then all those repeated names over and over. I think we are pretty close except for one or two places where an other brother comes in..... Sure would like to hook them up with my line which has many of the same names. My line were in Henrico-VA>Lincoln-KY>Smith-TN>Stewart-TN>then Texas. jerree

Deanna W. & Y'all, I do make mistakes as I am typing all this in and gladly accept corrections. Also let me know if I have the wrong information! Some info is from the census and the birth dates are some times off, I give the example of the Joyce family 1900,1910, 1920 & 1930 census. Sometimes they used their first name, the next time their middle name & again an aka. Birthdates I find one year, the next census might be a year up or down but I have found them sometimes to be 12 years off! In 1910 they might be 17 and in 1920 they are 30 and in 1930 they are 32! Luckily for the Joyce's, Debbie Rosenbloom has their correct birthdates! Thanks to everone sharing their info! Blair Joyce
Melissa, Thanks for the reminder. I've decided that since this is not a direct ancestor, the information you posted is quite adequate. I'll keep your address, however, in case you post others of interest. Thanks again for all your hard work. It is a great service to the list, and we all appreciate it very much. Hello Melissa, I didn't mean to not reply. I have been so busy. My husband is in the hospital. I saved your message to reply to as soon as I could, but I have spent most of my time this week with my husband. I have been staying nights there, and popped home this evening for a shower and fresh clothes, to check on the house, etc. I see that there has been quite a bit of discussion going on from your posting of the obit. I am not certain that this woman is of my husband's line, but with the info given in the discussions, I think I can find what I need to know without the full obit. Also I didn't realize you had to go through all that to send it to me. I guess I thought you could scan it or copy and paste. I also want you to know how much we appreciate the work you are doing posting these obits. I am looking at everyone of them, searching for anybody who might connect with my husband. Thank you so much for the work you are doing for us. Your email was still in my inbox and before I deleted it, I thought I better check with you to see if you still wanted a copy of this obituary? I would be happy to send you a copy of the obituary. All you need to do is send me a self-addressed stamped envelope. Also, I do not own a copier or scanner so I have to get my copies made in town and of course they charge me for the copies. If you can, a donation of any amount to help cover the costs of the copies would be great, but it is not necessary to receive the obituary, but I am always grateful for any help.
