Gets a little confusing as my Miles lines there are from my paternal grandmother and g grandmother....then my son married a Miles in Missouri her lines go back to Whitley and Knox County, KY;). Date of Newspaper: Friday, May 10, 1940 Page: Front Page Article Title: "Local Boy Innocent of Larceny Charges" Robert Murray Cunningham, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cunningham was falsely charged and arrested for larceny in Nashville last Saturday when detectives, who were searching for stolen goods at the Draughon's Business College. The report came here that some stolen articles were found in Cunningham's room but it was proved that the articles belong to the boy. The president of the college stated that he was sorry the boy had been accused and added that he had nothing to do with the arrest.
