Melba-- I thought there might be a possility that this James Allen was the son of James W. Allen and Lucy Farmer Allen. James was born in TN about 1875 and his siblings were William, Mary, Alice Lucy, Esterly, Mattie and David Horace. That's all I know about him so far. Thanks, Claudia
