Paul, I think you will find the will for Moses Driver b. Jan 8, 1872 in the 1815 will book A ,page 80 Lincoln Co, TN. The James O. Driver b.Oct 11 1838 was killed May 15, 1863. He served in the 1st. Regiment, Turney 's Confederate Infantry. James F. Driver was on the 1820 Lincoln Co, TN census at Fayetteville. My Driver's of Smith Co, TN have Safronoia and Worth as first names as do these Driver's. Maybe they connect some way.
