Yes I am related to all the Woodards in Smith, Jackson and surrounding counties. We are all the children of John and Tabitha (Dickerson) Woodard whos children along with Tabitha migrated to Smith co. about 1848 from N. Carolina. My grandfather was born in Jackson co. and my father in Smith co. (Elmwood). I am also related to the Greens as my grandmother (Nellie (Overstreet) Woodard) has a grandmother (Martha Francis (Fannie) Green) who married John Overstreet. Rick Woodard
