It is very possible as I have been told of a Boston connection. My mothers double cousin told me he knew of a Draper Jenkins who was Martha Elizabeth's nephew which I am assuming would be her brothers son, do you know if any of them had a son named Draper? Also in the 1900 Smith co census it lists George R. Silcox age 38 with wife Martha (Jenkins) as age 43 which would put her birth year as 1857, also the names of many of their children are commonly used in the Samuel Jenkins line, such as George, Nancy, Reuban Andrew, Bettie ect...
