There is no marriage record recorded in the Smith Co. Marriage records that are online for Samuel Jenkins and Emaline Toney. I'm going to have to dig through my papers but I have here somewhere some TN marriage records by Sisler? (I think?) that I copied on the Jenkins. There was a marriage license issued for a Samuel Jenkins and Emaline Toney in Smith Co. I think? But according to the printout I have there was "no return" on the marriage license. So I think one of them changed their mind! :-) Mary Knight
