hey y'all Have we determined whether the middle name of James C. is CLAY OR CASPER? His death certificate states James Clay. Was he called both? He is listed only as James C. Hackett in cemetery listings. I have found no records calling him J. Casper. On marriage records as J. C. Hackrett (spelled as written) to Mary J. Piper. So how are we going to list this gent?
