    3. While I admit I am in excess of 150 e-mails behind in my reading, I hope no one is discouraged in their quests for knowledge over the recent comments. I read every submission to see if I can apply anything to my own work. I would suggest deleting the ones that don't apply to you rather than backing out of the list. Thank you, Kevin Woodward
