I have a general question for anyone. I know I have family in Smith County prior to 1813. Since the census are not available, are their any early tax lists, or anything else that would enumerate people, perhaps ones that may not have been land owners? If there is anything like this out there, where would I find or access it if I cannot get to TSLA? Thanks! Teri
