Actually I am connected to all the Woodards in the Smith and surrounding county areas as they are all from the children of John and Tabitha Woodard who migrated to Smith co. from N.C. about 1848 without John who died in N.C. They had a son Jordan Woodard who married Nancy Overstreet and they had a son Henry Douglas Woodard who with Eviline B. Kent had a son named William Alfred (Willie) Woodard who married Emmaline Sircy and their son Henry (Jeff) Woodard married Nellie Mai Overstreet, who had a son Named John Lee Woodard who married Mattie Lucille Silcox and they are my parents.
