Most people don't realize the information for 1794 is not listed under the state ot Tennessee. It was then the Southwest territories or some info was under the Cumberland Settlements. At that time there was a Tennessee County which is now Montgomery and Robertson Counties. jamesclark <jamesclark@frontiernet.net> wrote:Max Puckett wrote: > Hello, > Looking for information about Jacob Null (b. 1794, TN, d. ?) and Jane > Caroline Warren (b. 1792 in NC), my GGG Grandparents who lived part of > their lives in Smith Co., TN and may be buried there. > > Jacob is listed in 1830, 40 and 50 census for Smith Co., and, Jane in > 1850. My great grandfather, Enoch Fisher, married Caroline Null. They had one child. Caroline died shortly thereafter. Their daughter, I think was raised by the grandparents. Her name was Mary Ann Frances Fisher and she was born 4 May 1855. Would like to find out what happened to her. Enoch Fisher went on to marry two more times. My connection it through him and not the Null family though. ==== TNSMITH Mailing List ==== Have you updated your Smith County Query lately? http://www.tngennet.org/queries/qpost.htm fuzzy-brandy-butter-elf Proud member of the IBSSG --------------------------------- Start your day with Yahoo! - make it your home page
