I don't know Frankie. All I have to do is click on the link http://publications.newberry.org/ahcbp and a page titled Atlas of Historical County Boundaries appears. If the link does not appear, try copying and pasting it into your web browser's location bar. On the right hand side of the page under Quick Links and then under Interactive maps, you can select the state in which you are interested. At the top of the right hand side of the page you can select the date that is important to you. I hope this helps.
