Obituary David Butler Funeral Services for David Wayne Butler, 33, of Jackson County were conducted Saturday, October 15, (1988) at 11:00 a.m. in the Hackett Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home in Kempville with Keith Clark officiating. Interment was in the Gene Butler Cemetery. Mr. Butler passed away Thursday, October 13, in the Jackson County Hospital. He was a farmer and a Methodist. A native of Smith County, he was the son of Helen Spivey Butler of Gladdice and the late Leon Butler. Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his wife, Suzanne Butler, Gainesboro; one son, Jason Butler, Gainesboro; one daughter, Crystal Butler, Gainesboro; two sisters, Denise Butler and Renae Richardson, both of Gladdice; his paternal grandfather, Gene Butler, Gladdice; maternal grandmother, Lola Spivey, Gladdice, and one niece, Tessa Stockton, Gladdice Sanderson Funeral Home, Kempville, was in charge of the arrangements.
