On the Smith County Genealogy website there is a family history of William "Buck" Searcy/Sircy who lived on Funn's Branch. My great grandfather, Wesley Sircy, also lived on Funn's Branch. If you will look at the William"Buck" Searcy's Family History on the Smith County Genealogy Website, on page 5 they mention a church, Mount Hope Missionary Baptist Church on Funn's Branch.
