Listers, I am very sorry for the inadvertent e-mail. Being a Hunt descendant and corresponding with Pat for many years now, and based on her DNA reports, off most likely brothers Abel C. and John Hunt, I replied to her message thinking I was sending it private between us. I did not notice it went out to the TN-LIST group instead of just to Pat. I'm not in any position to do look-ups for the whole list -- I'm in the middle of hosting the SC Quitrent Rolls for 1760-1774 and the State Plat Series (see www.ken-shelton.com), and only meant to do "in-family" assistance. My sincere apologies if I got folks excited -- please consider the limitations I have time-wise. I will keep requests on file, and as time permits, try to get through them -- but I can't make any promises. Again, my apologies for the inadvertent mistake. Thanks, Ken. No that was just more of a "fishing" question. I thought perhaps there might be something that interested me. I have not been doing any genealogy for a while. Have had my house on the market and getting it ready was a real pain.....26 years in the same place for a "pack rat" creates a lot of clearing out to do. It's sold now pending mortgage approval, but I don't know where i am going yet. Can't commit to anything until sure it is sold. I saw something yesterday I would like very much, but have to find out more about it. I'm just downsizing so I don't have much to take care of. With Dallas gone and only me here, I don't need the room or the problems. When I get settled in a new permanent home, I intend to get organized again and work on that connection for our John. Hope all is well with you. I feel fortunate at the ripe old age of 84 tomorrow to be as active and healthy as I am. Thanks for the offer to help. You are always generous with your time and your research. I want to prove we are cousins if I can. Pat In a message dated 5/23/2010 7:24:43 P.M.
