    3. Hi, >From The History of Fayette Co., Tn 1986 is a William A. Wylie born 30 Nov 1808 Chester Co., SC - died 30 Mar 1890 and Martha N. Born 8 Oct 1808 died 16 Feb 1886. Both are buried in Drivers Cem, Freestone Co., TX. Wm. A Wylie purchased 213 acres 12 Sept 1853, located on the waters of Muddy Creek, 10th Dist, Fayette Co., TN. He sold 122 acres 1 Dec 1868 and 104 acres Nov. 1869. By June 1880, he and several families moved to Texas. It is a rather long article submitted by Deurene Oates Morgan. On the 8 July 1870 census of Tipton Co, Tn, Post Office Covington, TN is Dwelling 91/91 Wylie, D.J. 50 Male White Farmer 150 SC M.J. 24 female E. Y or G.
