I have recieved info that Herman J Billings and Katherine Watson were married on May 5, 1928 in Memphis, Tn. If anyone has these people in their line I would appreciate a reply. Herman said he was 22 years old and Katherine said she was 18. Katherine was originally from Alabama, the dau of a Lofton Richard Watson. Thanks in advance.
