There is a legend in our family that my gg grandfather, Levi Stover was hung for murder in Shelby Co., Tn on June 28, 1861. Does anyone have access to Memphis or Shelby Co. newspaper morgues? I'd love to find an article on the hanging/murder. Thank You Harry hdveatch@erols.com
