Seeking information regarding a Herman Billings and his wife whose maiden name was Watson. She was originally from the Birmingham Al area, the daughter of a Lofton Richard Watson. When Lofton died in 1957, the obituary listed Mrs Herman Billings of Memphis as a surviving daughter.
