I'm updating surnames of interest to me in Shelby County. All are relatives living there in the 1800s after 1830 or so. Lynn Scott Redditt Jones Dandridge Smith, Wm R(1801-1867) and wife Nancye ?, daughter Penelope-Wm R was a casket maker in Memphis, buried in Winchester Cemetery. Interesting in ancestors and descendants. Wherry Herring Griffin All except Smith lived in the Brunswick, Ellendale, Arlington, Lakeland area and most were farmers, some merchants. Contacts welcome.
